Shipping policy

We currently deliver only firewood from our online store and within Northern Ireland.

Deliveries are made using our own tipper lorry (Mitsubishi Canter), which can carry a maximum of 2 pallets of firewood per journey. Within a 30 mile radius from our sawmill.

Firewood is delivered by tipping the pallet from the rear of the lorry onto a suitable, level surface where access allows. The customer is responsible for moving and storing the firewood after delivery.

Please ensure there is safe and suitable access for our delivery vehicle. If you are unsure whether we can access your property, please contact us before placing your order.

Unfortunately if more than 2 pallets per order has been purchased the order will be refunded.
