By placing an order with A & R Taggart Sawmills, you agree to these Terms of Service.

• We supply firewood for domestic use and aim to ensure all product descriptions and prices are accurate.

• All orders are subject to availability.

• Payment must be made in full before delivery unless otherwise agreed.

• Delivery is available within Northern Ireland only and is subject to our Shipping Policy.

• Customers are responsible for ensuring suitable access for our delivery vehicle.

• Risk in the goods passes to the customer upon delivery.

• We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order where necessary, in which case any payment received will be refunded.

• Nothing in these Terms affects your statutory rights under the UK Consumer Rights Act 2015.
